Moja frezarka CNC cz. 4
Dla niezaznajomionych jeszcze z tematem pierwsza część i wyjaśnienie o chodzi dostępne tutaj: http://ujarani.com/244665 :) Pozostałe część też do znalezienia wśród moich wrzut bez najmniejszych problemów.
Po ogarnięciu kolumny przyszła pora na wywiercenie i nagwintowanie otworów pod prowadnice osi Z. Na szczęście jestem posiadaczem wiertarki stołowej, także całość nie była trudnym zadaniem, mimo wiercenia w 15mm stali. Zostały wywiercone także otwory w podstawie kolumny oraz wywiercone i nagwintowane otwory w aluminiowym stole.

Po złożeniu wszystkich posiadanych gratów do kupy zabrałem się za ustawianie geometrii. Prostopadłość osi XY na długości 200mm mieści się w granicach 0.05mm, tak samo jest z XZ. Gorzej z ZY, bo trochę powyżej 0.1mm. Ale to jest jeszcze do poprawienia :)

W międzyczasie dostałem ofertę nie do odrzucenia na kupno wrzeciona ;) W ten sposób zamiast "zabawkowego" Kress'a maszynka dostała piękne Elte o mocy 2.2kW i maksymalnych obrotach 24tys/min. W związku z tą dość poważną zmianą przeróbce musiała ulec pinola. Uciąłem mocowanie widoczne na poprzednich zdjęciach i oddałem do planowania pinole z obu stron. Pod wrzeciono stworzona została szlifowana podkładka z blachy #12.
To by było na tyle z mechaniki... Oczywiście w tej chwili całość doczekała się już kilku poprawek i przeróbek, ale wszystko przedstawię w miarę chronologicznie ;)
